Thomas & Lewin Associates, Inc. is a certified Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) provider, and is a licensed Day Activity Health Services (DAHS)- Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) provider. TLA provides individualized services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A Medicaid Waiver program that provides services and supports to Texans with an intellectual disability (ID) or a related condition so that they can live in the community.
Texas Home Living
(TxHmL)
A Medicaid Waiver program that provides essential services and supports to Texans with an intellectual disability (ID) or a related condition so that they can continue to live in the community.
Individualized Skills & Socialization (ISS)
A Day Activity/DAHS program that prioritizes connecting individuals to the community through person-centered activities that foster the attainment of new skills and the growth of current skill sets.
